Hi there, Have you clicked on the transaction? Towards the bottom there is a button which says 'Refund this payment'. If you click that, on the next page it gives you the option to refund the desired amount. These are UK based PayPal instructions. If you re not within the UK or these options are not available to you then it would be helpful to get in touch with PayPal and seek further assistance. Hope this helps.
