So i sold something on ebay but buyer wanted to return the item. We finally agreed not to return the item and i give him a partial refund but there was a problem sending the refund via ebay. Unfortunately, the refund that you sent didn't go through. To get more details or try again, go To PayPal. But on my paypal there isnt a case to issue a refund from resolution center and in my history payment details also there is not an option to issue a partial refund!    ... View more
