I have called and waited on hold for 25 minutes and nothing. I have sent messages from my personal PP account. But my business PP account is still locked.
I last updated it the way PP advised with documents...now I can't even log in.
Again, I have called, emailed them, etc...they reply with either long holds and no human or automatic emails.
How do I get hold of a live person? Truly one of the companies I least like dealing with.
