If you're concerned a recent text you've received is fraudulent, you can forward it to the email in this Help Center article just like you would if you Spot a fake or fraudulent email.
It sounds like you may have already taken the necessary steps since you're waiting for a new card, but if you need to report an unauthorized transaction, you can find those steps here: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity?
Here's also an article on Contacting Customer Support with a few other options other just over the phone support. The alternate support methods may be available for a few hours after the phones are no longer available. Those contacts are normally prioritized as they are received, so there may potentially be delays depending on how many contacts are in those support queues.
