At 11:29 PM on December 20, 2017 I received an email on my email account (which is the username for my PayPal account) which stated that I made a payment of <removed by moderator> to a certain <removed by moderator> . My credit card<removed by moderator> linked to the PayPal account was subsequently charged <removed by moderator> . The Transaction ID is: <removed by moderator> .
I received another email after one minute informing me that my PayPal account was closed.
I am writing this report to inform PayPal that I did not make the payment and that I am disputing this unauthorized payment using my account. I would also like to inform you that I cannot dispute the unauthorized payment because I can no longer log-in to my account.
