Dear all, I would like to seek your help in trying to dispute an unauthorised payment made using my PayPal account and the hacker closed it afterwards that is why I cannot dispute the transaction within my account. I am reporting this incident using a new PayPal account. I cannot log-in in my closed account. I have used the message to dispute the payment but PayPal reviewed the event a decided that the payment was not fraudulent. My question to them is: why would I close my account after making a payment when closing the account would leave me with no recourse should I not get whatever I purchased? That will be stupidity on my part. I need help in contacting a real person from PayPal, someone I can email directly so that I can forward the emails sent to my email account telling me of the payment "I made" - supposedly. And someone I can explain the whole situation. I am from the Philippines and calling them is out of the question. Thank you in advance for your help. Dennis
