Morning all - I made a purchase of just under £700 on the 7th Nov. The company then called me to say the stock was unavailable a few days later! They then issued a refund on the 13th Nov - I have yet to receive it! The payment status says "complete" My primary payment is through my Bank Account. When I try and go through the resolution process with Paypal it comes up with "Something went wrong" Where is my MONEY Thanks in advance for any advise Lou
