Hi everyone, I sold an item on the 22nd of may and shipped it out on the 24th. I've send it from the Netherlands to the US so It was an international package. There were regular updates on the shipment and from the track and trace it's clear it arrived in US customs a week ago on the 5th. The buyer just opened an "Item not recieved claim" though and immediately escalated it. I have provided paypal with the shipping number, shown them that the last update was a week ago and the entire process hasn't even been a month. Usually packages like this take around a month, sometimes longer due to Covid. How big is the chance for me to win the dispute/is there anything I can still do to improve my chances? To me it would be a very low blow if the customer got a refund for a package that's still on it's way and still bound to arrive at the estimated time. EDIT: Just noticed I put it in the wrong category, this can be closed and I'll repost it there. (Cant see anywhere)
