@kernowlass You actually are a parrot aren't you kid?   You HAVE misread his question and answered again wrongly.    He is asking you how one can pay to someone's paypal without owning a paypal account - Guest checkout, enter an email that you are sending to and pay using a debit/credit card. Check your message centre.   I expect you had quite a bit of communication from PayPal before they had decided to return buyer the money. If you sent via signed postage (always do that) provide them with tracking number and then if it's trully did not arrive, you can claim this vs the Courier (or try) to recover the costs.   CALL PayPal and see what they can do.   Unfortunately it's a long and confusing process - even longer once PayPal made a decision to refund. ... I am not a new seller.  I had my eBay account for over 5 years with 0 issues or negative feedback. I have been actively clearing out my junk for the last 6 months, yet PayPal decided to hold a £100+ payment (item was delivered 2 days ago).   It's just an automatic system that randomly holds...  I guess the same way as airport import checks.   Paypal support is also a joke.
