So, as the title says, I got an e-mail from PayPal suggesting that I set up a passkey. I clicked on the link, on my laptop (Win11) and ended up with an error saying that a passkey couldn't be created on [that] device. Since then, if I try to use PayPal to pay for something via the laptop, I get a generic error. PayPal still works on my desktop and the App. I have deleted cookies and rebooted. TIA for any advice.
