Hello, I have started a fashion marketplace website and have a registered office in the Delaware state. I've got the EIN number and a local office address. I don't have a SSN nor a US bank account, however, I have an Indian bank account and credit card. Since currently we are accepting payments using PayPal, it is important for company to hold a US PayPal account to hold US$ for processing the transactions, payment adjustment, refunds, payment to vendors, etc. I tried opening an account but the application reached dead-end when the form asked me for SSN. I have a withheld amount in my account past several months. Can you please help me with tips to get that released urgently?   For the purpose of security, you also have any credit card attached to my account. I am in urgent needs of the funds.   I waited for about 3 months for the review period. Now that the review period is over, please let me know what should I do and whom should I contact to get the withheld amount released. Will I be able to get my withheld money back if I close my account with Paypal?
