If you can see a notification that there was a case opened on your PayPal account, you should try accessing PayPal using a computer/laptop. This will help to view all open and previous cases that were filed on your PayPal account.
Sometimes if you access PayPal using a mobile device or tablet, this will not show you all of the open and previously closed cases on PayPal.
If you are still unable to view a case using a computer/laptop, can you contact our customer service team directly and we can check this out for you?
