If you're seeing messaging advising not to ship, that would be because the payment is an eCheck that has not yet cleared. If you send an item and then the transfer of funds fails, there is no protection. Only once payment clears does Seller Protection apply. We want to make sure you're protected, so please watch to make sure the messaging says OK to ship before sending the item.
