You can add an extra layer of security to your PayPal account by enabling 2-step verification for login. thanks for the reply..i telephoned paypal and ebay and both basically said the same..as long as i get the parcel/item to the GSP centre i have fullfilled my obligation. anything after that is the liability of paypal/ebay etc. so. item sent..fingers crossed. ... View more
