i need some help and advice please: i've sold an item (apple watch) via the GSP to a guy in italy.he has already sent payment (£250) i did some research into possible scams and found the shipping redirection scam. i want to know if this is possible to do if i have used the global shipping programme? ie. if i send to the UK address for GSP can the buyer amend /change the delivery address directly with the shipping company, then claim the item has not been delivered to the initial address they gave. hence they will have the item since its been redirected to another address and also claim the money back for non delivery to the initial address? i contacted the buyer and asked them to give their full name, home address for delivery and contact telephone no. i then got my sister-in-law, who lived in italy for many years and speaks italian fluently to call them..eventually after many attempts they answered and confirmed their details. but she did say she felt un-nerved by the conversation and that he had the strangest italian accent she had ever heard and that she thought he had an african/italian accent? the persons feedback is no massive but it is all good?... i dont know whether to go ahead with the transaction or refund and step back?
