Paypal my account is Limited because of an unauthorised transaction to netflix. I don't or never will subscribe to netflix. I went to settlement and they denied and said it was Authorised. I have verfied two security verfication by paypal via code through my email and still I can't buy anything. I want to buy and put myself as one touch but when I try to buy it comes up with Verfy through email. I have money in my bank so why can't I buy anything with one click or anything ? ... View more

I used pay pal via my bank account as I have it linked to it. But I am seeing on my paypal balance red numbers saying -277.00 . But how can this be as I payed through my bank and my bank says the correct amount of what I bought, I was not overdraft the other day either. But I bought something of E Bay and the seller has on my pay pal account 130.00 then another payment from them at 147.00 ? I tried to ring paypal myself but I was on hold for over half an hour.
