Paypal my account is Limited because of an unauthorised transaction to netflix. I don't or never will subscribe to netflix. I went to settlement and they denied and said it was Authorised. Now they want a bank statement . I can't uplode a bank statement because I have disabiluty. And why should I have to pay for an unauthorized payment. Should I just close my account ?
