I dont know what that other guy is talking about, I used to do it all the time from coinbase. However they just recently changed it so that u can no longer deposit with paypal, just withdraw. I am now also looking for another method ... Afficher plus

Mine did the same thing, except I drove 45 min to home-depot shopped for 2 hours, and had my pay-pal rejected at the cashier. I then called them and said ,"that it says the funds are in my account" only to have a rude operator tell me , "its still pending" . If you call them you will notice they will never acknowledge that they are wrong by stating "the funds are in your account" That was all I was trying to convey to them, not the funds MIGHT be in your account or SHOULD be in your account, but they ARE in your account. I was not able to finish my job, and they hired another contractor. Do you think PayPal gives a **bleep** about that? ... Afficher plus

in your ebay listing,you can specify which country/region you dont want to ship to,in MY eBAY,you can also block members you dont want to sell to. If you list on Ebay USA,you asking price is in US$,AND buyer must pay in US $. But many overseas buyers will use a mail service in USA to forward the item,so when you look at their Ebay ID and where they are located,they could say USA and not their own country. Also an US expatriate could be using a credit card issued by a foreign bank,not much you can do. Money is money,I find Overseas buyers often bid higher . ... Afficher plus
