Mine did the same thing, except I drove 45 min to home-depot shopped for 2 hours, and had my pay-pal rejected at the cashier. I then called them and said ,"that it says the funds are in my account" only to have a rude operator tell me , "its still pending" . If you call them you will notice they will never acknowledge that they are wrong by stating "the funds are in your account" That was all I was trying to convey to them, not the funds MIGHT be in your account or SHOULD be in your account, but they ARE in your account. I was not able to finish my job, and they hired another contractor. Do you think PayPal gives a **bleep** about that?
