Hey all! I'm new to PayPal and have not been able to link my savings account for days. I even set up a brand new paypal acct. and keep getting a message "We cannot process your request. Please try again later". I have called paypal twice and cannot get through and I emailed them several days ago and never heard back. This is terrible customer service! I'm so upset. I hope that some of you can help me with this. I would appreciate it. 🙂
