Cannot link savings acct after 6-8 attempts!

Hey all! 

I'm new to PayPal and have not been able to link my savings account for days. I even set up a brand new paypal acct. and keep getting a message "We cannot process your request. Please try again later". I have called paypal twice and cannot get through and I emailed them several days ago and never heard back. This is terrible customer service! I'm so upset. I hope that some of you can help me with this. I would appreciate it. 🙂

what is the name of your bank ,did you key in the correct routing number,has it been linked to another account already?

is the account in your name,does the name on both paypal and bank match ?

 names must match exactly.

clear your cookies and try again.

As far as i can tell I did everything right. I verified correct entry of account numbers...I opened a brand new paypal acct. with a different email account as well. I will check the names on the accounts. They should match exactly but...I will check. Thank You!

what country did you register your PAYPAL account,and where is this bank?
