Hello @Graeme9348,   I am sorry this has happened and I can understand your concern.   Is there a limitation on your PayPal account as this is usually he main reason why you are getting this error message?   If you go to the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account there should be some steps there you will need to complete in order to have the limitation lifted. Once you receive the payment, you will be given the correct delivery address to send the item to. This will ensure you are covered under our Seller Protection Policy.   If you send the item to another address, you are not covered.
