@meldhadfield Sounds like a chargeback through the buyer's financial institution, not a PayPal dispute. The chargeback is filed against PayPal's Merchant Account and you are held liable if the financial institution finds in favor of the buyer by refunding their payment. May not even require that the buyer return the item. That is how harsh chargebacks are. Were you charged an extra fee besides the amount of the payment? That's the way you can tell if it's a chargeback. Check Seller Protection terms to see if you're covered but note that PayPal may or may not decide to cover chargebacks by how their terms read.
