@SXD    Ebay and Paypal are 2 separate companies and have 2 separate policies for holding funds for 'new sellers'. If yours was an Ebay transaction then its an Ebay hold and Ebay authorise when paypal can release the funds. Feedback does not count for payment release. Normally for Ebays hold funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 1 days (if you use Ebay / paypal postage). If the buyer opened the case NAD, he would have to purchase a label to prove he shipped it back, right?  But if the product was returned to the seller already as undeliverable, the buyer won't be able to do that, and wouldn't that make his claim void if he doesn't do the actual "return"?   (if so, I wish my buyer had done that instead of NR.) ... If USPS does not deliver mail to that office because it is surrounded by black fence,does she expect you to ship Fed Exp or UPS? How do they receive packages and mail then? They must have a mail box with post office for letters,but what about packages? Busineses often have shipping and receiving area. Since you won the case on Ebay,see if Ebay will cover  your loss under seller protection policy? ... View more

Some sellers do take out insurance on their shipment,so if the buyer said I did not get the shipment,he would file claim with the insurance company. But then he has to pay insurance premium,dont know where you seller is based. I would pay him,as you have received what you paid for,so he should be paid.  ... View more
