Hi,   Did you try Linked your friend Thai Bank Account on his PayPal Account?   If you did so, make sure that the Account which one to be linked must be registered at PayPal Thailand.   But, if you try to link a Thai Bank Account within USA PayPal Account, I think it might be not possible.   At least, try to contact PayPal Customer Service.   Regards, ... Hi,   PayPal only accepts a Credit Card to All Customers. if you're trying to add a Debit Card, as far as I know, it's only Acceptable for US Members. And not acceptable from some countries.   At least, try to contact PayPal Customer Service. ... View more
