Yes you'll not see the Cancellation Button. These things just happened to me last night and you don't have to worry about.   Why? I purchased digital goods on a Website and make a payment through PayPal. Once the Payment successful, It'll not appear as a Complete order. It'll become Pending since they have an authority to do a Manual Checking within your transaction as a Buyer, they have right to accept or decline you.   How Long? It depends on the seller since they will check your payment as Manual Checking, so you have to wait for them. Or check they Business Time.   I want to Cancel You are free to make a cancellation as a Refund if you're not satisfied OR you can't wait for a long time. Just contact them and discuss it. Yeah, same. Depends on what you're gonna do.   There are 2 payment type of PayPal. Pay for goods or services & Send money to friend or family.  Since I'm as a NON-US-Verified User on PayPal, I don't know if any other payment available for US Member.     Option 1 - Pay for goods or services  If you send money through this payment type, your complete information will appear as your Name & Email Address ofc, Shipping Address (for goods payment) including your Phone Number. It's much more helped to both of you for a transaction between Seller & Buyer to provide complete information on the Payment Details. You have to know that Funds in PayPal isn't same with money in your Credit Card.   If  you Buyer said Completed, check your Activity, there must be a Transaction between you both.
