Hello, I purchased a Powerbank from smallhobby.com (shopify.com) last month, and I got a confirmation email saying that I purchased the Powerbank, and they will email me with updates in regards to shipping and whatnot. To this day, I never got any emails from them, and yes, I checked the spam folder. I emailed them, asking when will they ship the powerbank, I never got a reply. I then emailed the seller himself, and again, no response. i opened a dispute, and waited for 6 days for a response, but never got one. So, I escalated the dispute to PayPal. My question is, is that if the seller does not respond to PayPal within 10 days, what will happen? If the seller does respond, saying they will ship it on <date>, and should arrive on <date>, and I still don't receive it, then what? I paid nearly $60 CAD for that Powerbank, and I don't want to lose that money to scammers. Thanks!
