Hi, I made a Sandbox Paypal account because the only option to pay the seller is Sandbox Paypal, but when I linked my Paypal account to the Sandbox account, the personal info in Sandbox Paypal is different. Different address, phone number, city, province, and bank account. Why is that? Also, when I changed the primary phone number to my number, I never received a text message to verify my number.
