Wow, I see. Then there was no real harm done to the actual PP account itself since no transaction occurred there. When you sell something, you invoice for item and shipping, buyer sends payment for all of it, FIRST. Seller do not pay anything first. When seller receives money, then seller arranges and pays for shipping and sends the item off. That is the general right way to sell. You don't go and pay for "shipping" first and then the buyer pays you in full, that is not how selling works. So yeah, money went bye bye. PayPal cannot help you get this money back.
