Location issue

My ipad is asking for my location in order to accept payments but it open up when when it goes to paypal here . Anyone have any ideas ? Should I reinstall the app again maybe ? I can't get it to change the never access option to what I need ?  ... View more

Connecting Card chip reader to ipad

When I start up my card reader I get a screen with two symbols. One with a battery symbol with a zig zag through it. Then A TRIANGLE with an exclamation mark. It doesn't connect to the ipad. Does this mean there is no power as I press the blue button top right and it comes on again. Any help appreciated ? Dan ... View more
