@RyanWasHere There are two types of declines: 1. Bank declined either/or a. Card doesn't have money b. Card not active or information has changed c. Card provider declined the transaction due to a certain risk eg. fraud/unusual spending pattern 2. PayPal declined basing it on PayPal's Internal Security system if it triggered a certain risk on their system they might not allow a certain funding source to be use at a certain time or day. e.g unsual activity/logging in from a different computer.
