Cant buy things!

So i was going to buy something from battle.net and it declined it. I asked battle.net support and they said it was there problem it was something to do with paypal. My account is not limited if you want to know.

Well its difficult to know where to start as you have given no information at all.

Okay information:

I have enough money for the payment.

My card has not expired

My card is working fine and everything

There are two types of declines:

1. Bank declined

either/or

a. Card doesn't have money

b. Card not active or information has changed

c. Card provider declined the transaction due to a certain risk eg. fraud/unusual spending pattern

2. PayPal declined

basing it on PayPal's Internal Security system if it triggered a certain risk on their system they might not allow a certain funding source to be use at a certain time or day. e.g unsual activity/logging in from a different computer.
