Oh, I see. And yeah, I'm definitely not using a prepaid debit card, especially when it's like 5 dollars a month, to which it's something even I can't afford. And as for the Mycashcard, I'm lucky I made a refund with it. Because, from what I heard, if you spend it anywhere else(Besides stuff like ebay or amazon) your account will be froze and you'll be banned from adding money ever again. Hate to say it, but my only option is to either get a new debit card, or get rid of that thing where my parents always check my account. Well, anyway, thank you very much & it's sucks that they don't even give you the option to just send the money to you paypal directly, just like at a local bank or something.
