Hello, I would like to know more about how Paypal seller protection works for Digital Artists. I've recently sold a digital art commission for my client and they decided to send me money via Paypal, using "Paying for an item or service" option. But as Paypal Seller Protection says they do not cover licenses for digital content and digital goods. I won't be shipping my drawing, it's only a picture that you can view through your PC, phone, etc. I also paid a Fee because of this, even thought it's not a physical item. I wanted to know if it's possible that once I'm finished with my piece the buyer could claim a "refund" because I won't be shipping the item, won't have any tracking info, etc. To put it simply can the person scam me of my money and my work just because it's digital goods? What should I do?
