Thank you for answer! Now my PP account is in USD I dont withdraw to card, but to bank account. I add NEW bank account in USD too. Account is confirmed via standard PP procedure But when I try to withdraw dollars from USD PP account to my USD bank account system with me that they want convert outgoing USD to EUR I dont did it to avoid double conversion What is wrong? I need to write to support now? Or its impossible to withdraw USD to my Euro-country? ... View more

Hi! I received the money in USD on my PayPal usd account. My Usd account is primary on Paypal. I have the bank account in usd. I want withdraw the funds from PayPal usd account to my bank usd account. But money are being exchanged to Euro before transfer. What is going on? I cannot transfer usd to usd directly? ... View more

I receive a payment, but don't receive the money - payment is marked as 'Pending'. What this? "This payment is pending while we review it."   Usualy I receive the money and my account was verified already. All account limits was lifted. The sender of this payment is Verified Its a first time this case. What I have to do for receive the money and don't repeat this sad situation in future?   Below detailed information I see: "Refund Information: Please accept or deny this payment. If you accept this payment now, and need to refund it later, the Issue a refund link will be available on the transaction details page for 180 days after the payment was originally sent." Hi! You write me "When you have completed each step, your account will be reviewed. This normally takes between 24 and 72 hours to happen. We will then send you an email updating you on your account status. As soon as we have confirmed that the necessary steps have been completed we will remove the limitation from your account." I send you all documents 2 weeks ago. And still no any answer. I'll soon exceed my annual limit of 2500 euro. I cannot receive payment due to those limits. Please confirm and increase my limits ...
