Dear PayPal support, I'm writing this message in response to PayPal's permanent account limitation notification received on February 19th, 2016. I received an email by PayPal dated February 19th, 2016 stating that my PayPal account has been permanently limited for violating PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy regarding your sales/offers of Certified Information Systems Security Professional on http://www.examsgrade.com/exam/cissp/ and as a result, the account was permanently limited. Later on, I called PayPal support dated February, 19th 2016, and told them that this has happened due to a technical mistake. The developer working on the website had imported (uploaded) old database with CISSP product by mistake which was removed in the past (November 2015). Since PayPal mentioned in November 2015, no buyer has purchased this (CISSP) product from us. As we received the first notice in November, 2015, we had immediately removed the (CISSP) products from our website and do not intend to have them available for sale in future. The support promised that they are going to reconsider/review the permanent limitation they have on my PayPal account and will contact soon via email. I called PayPal support again today dated 26th February, 2016 and the representative asked to send an email at **AUP** to have a review on our appeal. However, the appeal has been denied again. As mentioned earlier, this happened due to a technical mistake, and we do not intend to violate PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy at all. We agree to PayPal seller agreement and can assure that this practice will not be repeated.
This limitation will cause serious issues to our sales. Please give us ONE final chance and help reinstate the account.
Thank You in anticipation
