Permanent Account Limitation Assistance

I'd like to know what are the other solutions in this regard? i had a business account, can I start again with a personal account?

Will I be able to open another account after 180 days? Hav contacted customer support already, Once they said that they are going to have a review on the account, second time a lady said there's nothing she can do as she does not have any solutions to it.
