I had subscribed for a service that promised one on one coaching, among other things, but didn't fulfill. I was charged multiple months, and I've submitted two dispute reports (pending on the other two). The seller refuses to take accountability or acknowledge my evidence, so I made a claim. During the claim process I got; "Based on the information we received we are changing the reason for filing this case." Which was irrelevant to the initial claim I made. Case 1: "We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered." WHAT? This is a digital item, there is no shipment tracking. Nothing was ever shipped or delivered, the tracking number couldn't possibly exist. Case 2: “We have reviewed this transaction(s) are are denying your case(s). This decision was made because our records show that this transaction was processed correctly.” This makes NO sense. I filed a claim because the service was significantly not as described. I never authorized anyone to change my reason. I spent so much time making my case. What do I do in this situation? Did I just get [Removed]?
