I understand that if I sell something and then it turns out that a fraudulent means was used to pay me via PayPal, that the money can be withdrawn from my PayPal account. If I get a payment and then transfer it to my bank, what will happen? If there are mechanisms in place to keep me from being scammed/burnt, can someone let me know what they are? I am not a business just an individual. TIA Skip_H

I also have this problem. I have NO outstanding charges. I have had this issue before. If it requires a person, please remove the delete option from the credit card and SAY that. This is so freaking frustrating I can't stand it. If there was any other viable option, I would delete this account all together.
