I think you missunderstand, the buyer canceled the claim having received the items!it has nothing to do with feedback left, Ebay are aware that the buyer has recieved the items as once again they have cancelled the claim! therefore no need to hold the funds.

Thanks for your replies, still not clear but then nothing is with Paypal and Ebay, abissmal customer services on Ebay's behalf, it would be so nice if they went down the swanee!

Paypal should release the funds anyway, the buyer has received the items and closed the case, therefore Paypal have no right to hold onto the funds, other than for there own gains!

Hi, ive not long been on Ebay but have sold a few items and have never had the money from the sales of those items held before.

Basically a buyer opened up an item not recieved case through ebay, they then recieved there items and closed the case. My question is, why are Paypal still holding the payment as the buyer has closed the case having received the items!??

Thousands of people are having this problem, turns out there is a serious issue with Paypal and people trying to withdraw money, maybe Paypal is doing it on purpose so they can earn extra money in interest!!!

Same happening to me, maybe Paypal have been hacked!! nice to know they care about there customers hey, no sorry we are working on it messages, words aren't enough to describe there practices.

Hello there Tried to withdraw from my Paypal account, recieved this message.We don't recognise the device you're using. To continue withdrawing money, please verify your account. So i verified my card, Paypal says thanks and that you can now continue with your withdrawal, i have to log in again and then i get a message saying.. Sorry — your last action could not be completed!!!!! It was ok yesterday when i made a withdrawal?? Anybody else have an experience of this??
