There's an issue with withdrawal of funds On mobile app it can't be complete (iOS) So I try mobile app several times, keeps asking me to verify account, so I do then keeps crashing or says can't be completed. I have tried to verify using txt, card number and phone call but all ends up back to a page where I have to enter a capcha password, after all this still doesn't work Never had problems before, please address ASAP, been trying for several hours now
Unable to withdraw on PC running windows 10 , withdrew funds yesterday no problems. Today logged into Paypal account to withdraw funds at 10am. Entered the withdrawal amount and asked to verify by phone, credit card. Verification was successful then redirected to login page with catcha entered details then "sorry your last action could not be completed" Have tried 15 times today same message everytime. Is there a problem with Paypal website?
I have the same problem, as quite a few others who have posted in three different threads. Didn't have this problem on Saturday, when I withdrew money without any issues. I've sent a message to Customer Service a few hours ago, waiting for a reply.
there is a system issue with Paypal. We have just had it verified from Paypal. It took a while as they kept denying any problem, but eventually thay admitted there is a serious problem with account holders withdrawing money.
They have no idea when the problem will be resolved either..!
