I'm sorry, this is unacceptable behaviour from Paypal. it sounds like Paypal is blaming members for not following the instructions in the email correctly, but the email I received simply has a button to claim the money - which doesn't work - and nothing else. So it is Paypal's fault for not updating the text of the email, and they should fix this. It sounds like the email should say something like: "If you don't already have a Paypal account, sign up. If you do already have a Paypal account, go to your account settings and add this email address to your account." Members are not psychic and cannot be expected to guess this ourselves!!
