I have gone to the resolution centre and filled in the required information, there is a green tick next to everything,except the last one , provide more information.they want me to send them a copy of my driving licence or passport, it has to be a photo I'd one though , and a copy of my bank statement. My bank account is verified by PayPal already and I don't have a photo I'd I have asked PayPal what they want me to do five times now and they have ignored every message, I'm losing patience, so I checked with a Google search and it seems something they have made up, there is no EU regulation concerning this as they say.also the limits they have imposed vary from person to person. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do now.. I can't close my account and start again and I don't feel safe sending details like this through the net. No banks will ever ask you for sensitive information by phone or net, so is thi genuine. Also if my PayPal account gets hacked I close it to safeguard my bank account, as it's linked to PayPal.
