Well, it's as simple as I'm about to present it to you. If you opened your PayPal account in the wrong country, you need to close this one and open a new one for Canada.
The system won't allow you simply because we need users to open their account for one country (we have regulations from every country we're in to follow and being specific to these countries, the option to change is not given).
Sorry for the inconvenience, Jay 😕 But hopefully, a few minutes, strong clicking and a hint of ninja agility should get you there, lightspeed 😉
