@loribasco2011 PayPal closed your billing claim/dispute and now seller is asking that you close your dispute after PayPal done denied it? Did you open another dispute? Can you escalate to a PayPal claim at all? If PayPal closed your claim, I really don't understand why the seller is asking you to close it. Unless a different claim was opened for you as Item Not Received...of which you should escalate for PayPal to step in for the seller to provide proof of delivery or otherwise refund you. If can't file another claim and your initial claim was closed and you can't reopen/appeal it then dispute through your card issuer if you paid with card.
