I made a purchase (about$500.)with my paypal business debit card days ago but I don't see it in activity nor has it been taken out of my bank account. I did get e-mail paid receipts from the 2 merchants I purchased from. so why don't I see the money taken from my bank account which is the preferred method of payment. ... View more

can't reprint label or find it in the 'purchased' labels tab went to multi shipping, it's not there. cost was deducted. went to my email to reprint it from there and still not finding it. tried to reprint minutes after purchase. ... View more

I mailed 2 separate mailers to a buyer. She claims to have received just one. I have tracking info from USPS that both mailers were delivered on the same day and time. She has filed a claim and PayPal is holding half the purchase price. I have emails from USPS showing they were delivered. Question…How do I send the emails to the PayPal resolution center?  I have already responded once. They sent me another email  to “please reply to this email within the next 3 days” giving me a choice to either;  "I ACCEPT THIS PARTIAL REFUND" or “I DENY THIS PARTIAL REFUND”  I chose to DENY and forwarded my response. My response has bounced back. So how do I contact the resolution center with my proof of delivery and denial? ... View more
