Hi, I recently issued a refund via Paypal, the lady in question told me she didn't use Paypal, she did pay for the item through her bank but Paypal gave me the option of refunding it - which I did and I received an email saying the e-cheque to the lady had cleared but she says she hasn't received it. Where has it gone? Will it be in her bank account? Thanks in advance.

Just received a text supposedly from Paypal Credit saying they emailed me on 1/10/2019 to highlight urgent action I must take in connection with my Paypal credit account. It asks me to check my email but as the date is 2 months in the future not sure I can do that. It does give me a link to click which obviously I haven't and won't click and to stop messages to text STOP to 07480357145

I haven't been able to use Pay After Delivery for weeks now, even though I have bought goods from the same sellers who originally offered it and not all Ebay sellers. My account is set to PAD this is very frustrating and I find th enw site very difficult to navigate I much preferred the old one.
