Hi there AleliDecanay.  Thanks for reaching out.  When you withdraw funds from PayPal to your account in the Philippines, it can take on average between 5 and 7 working days to complete processing to your account from PayPal. If there are any delays in the funds showing, you should try contacting your bank directly and provide them with the information showing that you withdrew funds from your PayPal account and give them the dates and times. I'm having the same problem. When i try to withdraw money from paypal to my confirmed bank accound I get this error   "Sorry, there’s a problem with withdrawing money to an account in that country. Please try another bank account."   Even though I successfully withdrew money to this account already this month, on the 8th of september. My account is 100% verified premier account. Same problem here, I get : Your withdrawal request is awaiting release for final processing, pending review by PayPal. I do not ever get this issue normaly so hope it is resolved soonest........... ... Ver más

They only use bacs for instant bank transfer when you buy. once a withdrawal has been marked as completed and not pending its in your bank account in a couple of hours.   but there has been a recent glitch apparently and the 2 hour withdrawal has been longer probably cus they are fiddling around setting up the new paypal layout.  ... Paypal have changed their interface and the payment system they have attached to it is the old BACS system, so it's like having to wait for a cheque to clear.   There is a work around for any more money you want to withdraw - DO NOT CLICK ON WITHDRAW MONEY when you first enter paypal, instead, click on the paypal balance arrow and withdraw money via under your balance.  This will take you into the old interface and transferred money will show up instantly.  I have written to paypal about this and have written a post too - hope this helps   I'm guessing this will be sorted early next week - cause this is messing alot of people about !!!!!!! ...
