Paypal have changed their interface and the payment system they have attached to it is the old BACS system, so it's like having to wait for a cheque to clear. There is a work around for any more money you want to withdraw - DO NOT CLICK ON WITHDRAW MONEY when you first enter paypal, instead, click on the paypal balance arrow and withdraw money via under your balance. This will take you into the old interface and transferred money will show up instantly. I have written to paypal about this and have written a post too - hope this helps I'm guessing this will be sorted early next week - cause this is messing alot of people about !!!!!!!
