BE CAREFUL WHICH WAY YOU WITHDRAW ON NEW INTERFACE

I have just withdrawn money via the new interface in 2 different ways.  The first withdrawal I did was by pressing the 'withdraw money' on left hand side under balance.  This withdrawal is going to take 2-3 days to clear (so the email says).  It is not showing up in my bank.

The second withdrawal was done by clicking on the arrow by paypal balance (on left hand side of screen).  A box comes up with balance and underneath it gives the withdraw money option.  This takes you into the old interface withdrawal screen where you can withdraw.  This second withdrawal is now sitting in my bank account.

It therefore has to be something to do with the interface.

Don't think so - withdraws for UK Accounts vary from 2 hours to 4 days - this has nothing to do with the user interface.

Ok SNOWSHOE, 

I have now done exactly the same thing on my sons paypal account and it did the exact same as my account.  the first withdrawal is pending and the other is sitting in his bank account - done 2 mins apart.  Maybe, just maybe this is worth looking into.  I have contacted paypal and until further notice I will only be withdrawing via the latter method.  S'all i'm saying !!

You are 100% right i just made 3 withdraws 2 from the new interface for over 5k i got the following email

We're transferring money from your PayPal balance to your bank account

It usually takes 2-3 working days for transfers

then i did a test withdraw the way you said it is in my bank in 2 mins

and i got this email

You recently requested a withdrawal of funds to your bank account

Your withdrawal request is now being processed. Your funds can take up to 24 hours to appear in your bank account.

So there new interface is set to HOLD your money for 2 to 3 working days after they was ordered to cut out doing this sort of thing

now i have my guys wages stuck Great

I think you should remove your comments from this post as you are the second reply and a volunteer advisor.  It is clearly working as other users have confirmed.  Also - why is this not being put as a sticky !!!!

Hi i just tried what you said it worked as normal - money in bank instantly.

So guess problem is software based, this new interface no the best 😞

Ok well i am new here so bare with me, i just did the same thing the only problem was i clicked to withdraw ALL my money and it told me 3-5 working days.

Now i have got an email saying it will be in my account around the 10th September, i withdraw everyday no issues so not to happy with this one Grrrr

So looks like Bread and Jam for dinner till then lol

I have also just noticed that on the New Interface it does not even show my withdrawal apart from showing 0.00 balance but if i click on classic style site it does show and in fact it says Completed??

WELL DONE you are bang on with that i just tried it and the money is in my account instant but Sadly looks like i am gonna have to wait 3-5 days for my first large withdrawal.. thank you
